Emergency service request will be repaired as quickly as possible and do not require written notice. 

 

The following items are considered an "Emergency Service Request":

 

1.  Fire of any type (Contact 9-1-1 immediatel, then contact office.)

2.  Toilet stopped up, when there is only one toilet

3.  Toilet overflowing and the valve behind the toilet will not shut off

4.  No electricity in the entire apartment or a sparking outlet

5.  Interior pipe breaks of any kind

6.  A/C repairs if the temperature is above 85 degrees and heating repairs when the temperature is below 70 degrees

7.  Apartment that need to be secured for safety
